Research

We use nanophotonic approaches to develop novel photonic devices and enhance the performance and functionality of various applications, including computation, communication, and spectroscopy. We are particularly interested in light localization device technology in sub-wavelength dimensions. Research topics include 3D photonic crystal devices, 3D nano-optics, and one-way propagation of light.
