Fitzpatrick Institute for Photonics on Duke Map

There is visitor parking in the PG-IV parking lot ($2/hour), located just across from the metered parking (up to two hours) next to the Bryan Center (it is indicated as not yet open on the map). Interactive and precise map is available here. CIEMAS is a previous name of FCIEMAS, and Fitzpatrick Institute is a west wing of FCIEMAS.
The directions from RDU airport to the FCIEMAS are found as follows:
1. Exit airport following signs to Interstate 40 WEST.
2. Turn RIGHT onto I-40 W toward Durham/Chapel Hill (3.9 miles)
3. Merge onto NC-147 N, exit 279B, toward Durham/Downtown (8.5 miles)
4. Take the 15-501 Bypass, exit 16B, toward Chapel Hill (1 mile)
5. Take the Cameron Blvd./Duke University-West Campus, exit 107
6. At the end of the exit ramp, turn LEFT
7. Turn LEFT at the third light, Science Drive
8. Follow Science Drive past Towerview Road.
9. Park in the Bryan Center/Duke Chapel parking lot (visitor parking)
on your RIGHT ($2/hour)
10. Exit the parking lot to your RIGHT and walk toward FCIEMAS
11. Enter FCIEMAS just after Fitzpatrick Center sign.
12. Use elevator/stairs to the third floor.
13. Walk through a swinging door left to the elevator.
14. Find offices (Prof. Yoshie-3529, Grad Students-3531, Laboratory-3528)
