
Currently with ASIC test methodology at IBM in Burlington, VT.
I joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at Duke University in January, 2000. Before joining Duke, I was a research assistant at the Center for Reliable and High-Performance Computing at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign between August, 1998 and December, 1999. Earlier, I was an ECE Chair Fellow and Research Assistant at Boston University, where my research was in the areas of built-in self test, test set encoding and sequential circuit testing. My advisor is Prof. Krishnendu Chakrabarty, Duke University. My research collaborators include Dr. Hiroshi Date, Kyushu University, Japan and Dr. Brian Murray, Delphi Automotive Systems.
I received the BE degree in Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India, and the MS degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
