I85 North (from Greensboro): As you approach Durham, I85 and I40 split. Stay to the left to continue on I85. Take exit 173, Cole Mill Road. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Cole Mill Road. The road ends at the first stop sign, Hillsboro Road. Turn left. The first stop light is at the entrance to the 15-501 bypass. Turn right. You will be going south on the bypass. Stay to the right. Take Exit 108A, Morreene Road. The first stoplight (a flashing red light at night) is at Campus Walk Avenue, formerly called Middleton Avenue. Turn left. The entrance to the Regal University Hotel is on the left.

I85 South (from Virginia): After you pass the downtown Durham exits, stay to the left. Take Exit 174B, the 15/501 bypass. You will be going south on the bypass. Stay to the right. Take Exit 108A, Morreene Road. The first stoplight (a flashing red light at night) is at Campus Walk Avenue, formerly called Middleton Avenue. Turn left. The entrance to the Regal University Hotel is on the left.

From RDU Airport: Take 40 West. Stay to the right and take Durham Freeway (exit 279B). The Durham Freeway will end into exit 16B, which will put you onto 15-501 South. Take exit 108A for Morreene Road. Make a left at top of exit. Make left at traffic light. See Regal University Hotel on left.
