Visiting Researcher at Technical University of Budapest, Budapest, Hungary. Collaborated with Dr. Miklós Telek on problems relating to analysis of software fault tolerance.

Summer Student at Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories, Murray Hill, NJ. Designed and implemented an SNMP based distributed resource monitor for UNIX workstations. The tool supplements Bell Lab's existing fault-tolerance library libft.
