Loss Formulas in Wireless Cellular Systems

This calculator is used to compute the following measures for cellular systems with hard handoff:

New call blocking probability

Handoff call dropping probability

Handoff call arrival rate

Note:

Use the same unit (per second, per minute, per hour, etc.) for parameters such as lambda1, mu1, and mu2.
alpha = lambda1 / (lambda1+lambda2)
