Fei Su, Ph.D.
Intel Corporation
Fei Su graduated from Duke University with his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2006 under the direction of Prof. Krishnendu Chakrabarty. He received the B.S. in Automation, and the M.S. in Detection and Automation Devices from Tsinghua University, in 1999 and 2001, respectively. He also received the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University in 2003.
Fei Su is now a senior design-for-test (DFT) engineer of Intel Corporation. His research interests include design-for-test (DFT), testing and computer-aided design (CAD) for SoC and mixed microsystems, mixed signal circuit and high-speed IO design. He has published over 30 papers in journals and referred conference proceedings (including ITC, VTS, DAC, ICCAD, DATE). He is also a co-author of the book -- Digital Microfluidic Biochip: Synthesis, Testing and Reconfiguration Techniques (CRC Press 2006), which presents research methodologies to apply IC CAD and DFT techniques to emerging composite devices. He is a recipient of European Design Automation Association (EDAA) Outstanding Dissertation Award 2006, the Best Paper Award at the 2007 IEEE International Conference on VLSI Design, and the Outstanding Young Author Award of IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society 2008. He is a member of IEEE TTTC (Test Technology Technical Council). He serves as an invited reviewer of IEEE Transactions on CAD, IEEE Design & Test of Computers, IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems, ACM Journal on Emerging Technologies in Computing Systems and IEEE/ACM Design Automation Conference.
